All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through El Chuco Diecast are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and refunds will not be issued once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if you receive an incorrect item.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, and delivered to the shipping carrier, El Chuco Diecast is no longer responsible for the handling, transportation, or delivery of the package. We are not the shipping carrier and have no control over the package, its contents, or the conditions it may be subjected to while in transit.

If your package arrives damaged, is lost, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if items are missing due to shipping-related issues, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. The carrier is responsible for investigating and resolving issues that occur during transit.

If you believe you received an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item(s) received and packaging

Management will review the situation and, when appropriate, make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving legitimate order issues. Any resolution offered is at the sole discretion of El Chuco Diecast and does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Resolution of Order Issues

While returns and refunds are not offered, we value our customers and want to ensure a positive shopping experience. Management will review all reported issues on a case-by-case basis and will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate concerns when circumstances permit.
