Order Processing

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders through third-party carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other available shipping providers.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. El Chuco Diecast cannot guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Mechanical failures
- Labor disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
El Chuco Diecast is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be reshipped.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been packaged and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
El Chuco Diecast is not the shipping carrier and does not control the handling, transportation, delivery, or storage of packages once they leave our possession.
As a result, El Chuco Diecast is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delayed deliveries
- Damaged packages caused during transit
- Missing packages marked as delivered
- Carrier scanning errors
- Delivery exceptions
Any claims regarding shipping-related issues must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier responsible for the delivery.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and contact the carrier regarding delivery status, delays, or delivery exceptions.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost, stolen, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and initiate a claim when applicable.
While El Chuco Diecast may provide reasonable assistance by supplying shipping documentation or order information, we cannot guarantee claim approval and are not responsible for the outcome of carrier investigations.
Package Refusal and Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable, any additional shipping costs incurred may be deducted from any store credit issued at management's discretion.
Because all sales are final, refused shipments do not automatically qualify for refunds or credits.
